As part of the Improvement and Modernisation Plan (PMM), implemented by the Town Council the Costa San Miguel is in line to receive a 5.5 – million Euro investment. This is anticipated to improve local facilities, promote tourism in addition to improving the area’s economy.
A number of initiatives have been made to the Canary Islands Government for approval and funding including 2 large urban parks; seafront development, road reorganisation and the conditioning of at least one beach together with the improvement of commercial activities.
