TENERIFE GETS NEW TOURIST AIR ROUTE

Low cost flight operator Jet2.com are introducing a new route to Tenerife, flying from East Midland’s airport in the U.K..
The new service commences in May, 2010, but bookings are now being taken. The flights cost 67 euros each way, including tax.
The airline already operates from Reina Sofia Airport in the south of Tenerife, with flights to Newcastle, Manchester, Leeds, Blackpool and Belfast.
It is commendable that this airline should think of cutting fares when so many others are raising prices.
