Established Markets Still Favoured By British Investors

Despite the emergence of new global property destinations, established locations such as France and Spain remain the firm favourites with British property investors.

Research carried out by Zurich Private Clients has revealed that Spain is still the most popular destination to own a property overseas. Many would be buyers have, however, shunned the over developed 'Costas' in favour of Spains Islands with The Canary Islands (the most distant geographically from Spain) proving more and more popular.
